O Allah, we are spiritually sick and we are physically sick.
O my Allah, so many of our brothers and sisters, and our parents are sick and ailing. They are in hospitals. Some are in nursing homes and old-age homes.
O Allah, grant shifa to those who are sick and ailing.
O my beloved Allah, shifa is in Your hands.
O Allah, we know that there is effect in du’aa and there is effect in medication, but O Allah, shifa is in Your hands.
O Allah, we know that sometimes sickness is a rahmat and a blessing in a disguised form, but we are extremely weak.
O Allah, even if such sickness is a rahmat…O Allah, change it to the rahmat of good health.
…But O Allah, we know that most of our sicknesses, depression and anxieties are because of our sins.
O Allah, grant us shifa from all sicknesses and ailments – physical and spiritual.
O Allah, bless us with physical health and spiritual health.

Bismillah el rahman el rahim. I am a 20 year old female that’s has been very sick for the past 3 or 4 years. I’ve gone through blood transfusions and many different medicines. Nothing really works for me. So I would like to touch my heart deeply with a dua to allah but I don’t know what to say so please help me I’m in need. Mentally and physically. Thank you. Sorry to hear of your long term sickness. I am not a scholar but I think it would be good if you make dua and implore to Allah in your own words, as if they can be sincere and from your heart and Insha-Allah your prayers will be answered.

Assalam alaikum May Allah cure all your illnesses. From experiance I believe every illness has some form of mercy, something to teach us.Surah Al-fatiha is a cure for illnesses I heard in a talk.I recited this often asking Allah to cure my pain and it worked.Always reflect on why you go through things, evaluate your performance as a muslim. Ask Allah for forgiveness and help and move forward leaving your trust in Allah. Have sabr and never lose faith. Allah bless you all wslam.
salam.i am a 22yr old girl who is having problms with my digestiv sytem.i hav had this for almost 2 yrs,i hv tried a varity of different medication. i really dont know what2do nemore,as i am sufering with feelin full and bloated after eating and not having a proper digestiv system.i really need help.

I just came acroos your comment about having problems with your digestive system. The symptoms you have mentioned are very similar to my friend’s. This condition can be Coeliac. You need to go to your doctor and get some tests done. Inshallah someone with more knowledge than me can tell you how to help spiritually.

Aslam u alaikum. Iv just found out my sister who went to pakistan for a holiday has got malaria, and im so upset and am crying at the thought of it. She’s only 15. Iv been making Dua from the bottom of my heart and hope Allah accepts it. Can every1 please also make Dua for her aswell. Thankyou.

I am a 16 year old girl and my dad is incredibly ill with cancer. I think it’s my fault because I broke a promise to Allah and I think he’s punishing me for it as well as my other sins. I just wish he’d punish me instead because my dad is a very, very good man and Muslim. I’ve been ignorant in faith and I want to be closer to my God but I don’t know how. Sometimes I cry because I fear Allah sees me as a ‘Hypocrite’ and has set a seal upon my heart so that I may never be able to understand Islam. Can previously bad Muslims become good or will they be bad forever?
I’m trying my best as it is Ramadan and I’ll pray for all your loved ones tonight during Lailatul Qadr. Please pray for my dad. Inshallah, our pain will be eased if we have patience.
