72. Al-Muakhkhir اَلْمُؤَخِّرُ
ONE WHO CAUSES RETARDATION
Allah is He who leaves whomever He wills behind, and delays advancement.
The frequent reciter of this Ism will soon resort to genuine repentance. One who recites it 100 times daily with constancy, will soon become dear and favourite to Allah – Insha-Allah.
